We process all applications within the set timeframe. In the meanwhile, should we have any questions, our team may get in touch with you, but if you don’t hear from us, that’s not a bad sign.

Please note that we check all descriptions’ language and content to make sure they match the WCEF style. In most cases, there’s little to adjust. Once we have verified your studio matches with our requests, we will ask for additional information and link to your event page prior to publishing it on our website. The minimum requirements include streaming at least one WCEF2026 session, being open to the public and having a non-commercial focus.

Should you decide to withdraw your application, please let us know immediately to avoid unnecessary work.
